What makes us different:

We are storytellers.
And above all, we are adventurers passionate about the journey.

THE TEAM
anabel romero
CO-FOUNDER/CREATIVE PRODUCER
Anabel Manuela Romero is a first-generation Colombian-American creative producer, multimedia storyteller, and rider. Raised between New York, Atlanta, and Colombia, her work is shaped by movement—across places, languages, and ways of seeing. She builds story-worlds that are intimate, immersive, and socially conscious, driven by a belief in storytelling as a tool for presence, impact, and connection.
Anabel began her creative path studying Voice Arts at CalArts and quickly expanded into producing, drawn to the possibilities of building stories that live beyond the stage. She has collaborated with organizations such as LA Opera, Beth Morrison Projects, Urban Voices Project, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and Miami New Drama, where she served as Creative Producer and Content Manager at the largest bilingual theatre in the U.S.
She holds an MFA in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University, where she co-produced PLAYSONOS, the school’s first digital audio play festival with playwright David Henry Hwang. Her honors include the Columbia Presidential Fellowship, Cody Renard Richard Scholarship, and recognition as a Seller Lehrer Producing Scholar.
In 2023, Anabel co-founded FURIOSA Productions—a mobile multimedia company creating work across documentary, photography, videography, and hybrid storytelling experiences. Based in Miami and producing globally, FURIOSA bridges commercial and documentary formats to tell real, cinematic, human stories across industries—arts and culture, environmental justice, nonprofits, and beyond.
Whether producing a show on the stage at the Lyric Opera of Chicago or riding through the Himalayas, Anabel approaches her work with full-body presence, curiosity, and care. As a woman rider and storyteller in motion, she is drawn to stories that reflect complexity, tenderness, and truth—and believes in building a creative future rooted in agency, honesty, and collective imagination.
